Responsibilities:

• Liaising work under supervision of customer's IP Manager on various matters relating to Management of Intellectual Property

• Extensive reading of Patent and Technical Literature to derive insights
• Comprehending customer's competitors IP Strategy and deriving actionable insights relevant to customer's business

• Helping in develop ideal IP Strategy for new technology areas like Digital, AI, AR, VR etc considering the markets of interest for customer
• Helping in enforce Design IP rights on E-commerce channel in Asia (with specific focus on China and Japan). This would require identifying infringing products on E-commerce websites and submitting complaints for take down.
• Work may involve partnering with internal customer's professionals as well as with external vendors to achieve above work

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemistry related field with at least 1 year of experience in Intellectual Property
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work independently

• Must have some understanding of working and supporting Intellectual Property of a large multi-national corporation
• Must have a keen eye for details, systematic and be able to perform tasks based on formalized procedures
