Job Description:
- Monitor and analyze user feedback on short video products, accurately labeling each feedback with speed and quality, adhering to provided guidelines.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to promptly report and resolve product bugs, ensuring high-quality user-provided evidence and effective problem resolution through clear communication with relevant teams.
- Identify user needs in Indonesia and Europe market, provide optimization suggestions, and advocate for their implementation from the user's perspective.
- Enhance the richness and completeness of user feedback from Indonesia and Europe market, offering valuable insights to improve the product for both Indonesia and Europe region and implement optimized features.
- Collaborate with regional team to optimize workflows and tools, providing support for cross-departmental cooperation projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher with proficiency in Indonesian (min. UKBI Grade II or equivalent certifications)
- 1-3 years of experience in the Internet industry, preferably in user or product operation or contact center environment.
- Passionate about social internet product-related work and demonstrates a keen interest in the field.
- Flexible to work shifts as required, adapting to a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Able to manage speed and accuracy while adapting to a dynamic work environment.
