Job Scope:

Perform Helpdesk duties

  • Log Incident Requests, Service Requests and Change Requests
  • Perform first level troubleshooting
  • Perform SoD conflict checks
  • Will be handling both calls and emails

Job Qualifications:

  • Diploma or equivalent in any related discipline, and at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service/helpdesk roles
  • Ability to stay calm when clients are stressed or upset.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Able to handle large amounts of incoming phone calls.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients always.
  • Able to respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Ready to work in different shift timing e.g. Shift hours (0730 - 1630; 0930 - 1830; 1030 - 1930)
  • Able to communicate with clients through various channels i.e phone calls, Skype or teams, emails.
