Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and provide support to the production application software and systems.
• Provide first level support and maintenance support for IT related issues in the production floor.
• Participate in the software development and system testing.
• Ensure the prepare the proper documentation of the software applications.
• Ensure the compliance meet the ISO standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Technology or related qualifications.
• 0 - 2 years of relevant working experience in the software application development.
• Possess good analytical and troubleshooting skills, visual basic programming in Oracle.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
