Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and provide support to the production application software and systems.
• Provide first level support for IT related issues in the production floor.
• Participate in the software development and system testing.
• Ensure the proper documentation for the software applications is done.
• Ensure the compliance meet the ISO standard operating procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Technology or related qualifications.
• 0 -2 years of related working experience in the software application development.
• Possess knowledge in Visual Basic programming in Oracle databases.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
