Job Scope

• General day-to-day functions but are not limited to typical job duties associated with Field Services providing support for customer's hardware, add and change, hardware break-fix and depot services (reverse logistics & fulfillment of peripherals to end user)
• Notebook & Desktop software and hardware repairs
• Installation & repair of PC peripherals (i.e., Printers, etc.)
• Installation & configuration of approved software
• IT support & Video conference support

Job Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• With minimum 3 years of experience in IT, Desktop, helpdesk support
• Experience working with computer systems
• Experience working with the company's hardware, software and equipment products
• Experience working with various computer applications and ability to apply to situation
• Good interpersonal skills to communicate and work with customers and team members
