Responsibilities:

• Manage IT operations and maintenance schedule for the systems.
• Helps co-ordinate with the teams to perform their operational activities
• Prepare relevant system reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborates with managers to set procedures, policies, and processes.
• Identify ways to decrease expenses and improve system efficiency.
• Handle system related co-ordination, maintenance activities, reporting and documentation.
• Handle change management activities related to systems and create SOPs along with the technical team and maintain them.

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree / Diploma in Computer Science or in related majors
• At least 1-2 years of experience in IT Operations, IT Admin, IT Project Coordinator or in similar skills
• Documentation and basic understanding of system landscape
• Knowledge in cloud architecture and software development methodology.
• Good to have knowledge of ITSM (Incident / change Management) processes
• Good contact centre tools and application knowledge.
