We're hiring a Technical Project Coordinator to oversee government IT systems, cloud infrastructure, and vendor operations. This non-development role is ideal for someone with a technical knowledge in cloud technologies (Azure) and Singapore Government ICT standards (IM8).

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors and agencies for system maintenance and enhancements.
• Manage systems hosted on GCC 2.0 (Government Commercial Cloud), including digital workflows, dashboards, and reports.
• Lead weekly vendor meetings and follow up on GovTech/Cyber Security Agency advisories.
• Maintain portals, updating system performance, downtime, and user feedback.
• Support pre/post patch testing, audit reviews, and ensure IM8 compliance.
• Ensure project compliance with relevant government policies and close any identified gaps.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Information Technology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Singapore Government IT project delivery.
• Azure Cloud Certification
• Familiarity with GCC2.0, IM8 policies, and cloud operations.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and vendor management skills.
