Job Scope:
IT Security Specialist is a Technical Specialist role within the Data Security Services team and will be responsible for managing, administration and supporting the Data Security and Endpoint Security technologies for the bank.

Responsibilities:

• Assign technical tasks and manage delegation of technical issues.
• Responsible for the technical transition and validation of Security services from other regions to Singapore.
• Manage service improvements for all Network and Security services supported throughout the organization.
• Provide technical direction, support services both proactively and reactively to maintain the availability and reliability of system infrastructure in accordance with the service level agreement.
• Identify recurring security issues and risks and develops mitigation plans and recommend process improvements.
• Actively engages to understand new technology trends and reviews them with a view to incorporate them into the bank's operations.
• Manage the daily relationship with Clients including planning, requests clarification, risk mitigation and service quality.
• Actively involve in incident management (fault investigation, resolution escalations of all monitoring alerts and user initiated problem calls/tickets) and request management.
• Able to gather required evidence using multiple forensic tools to investigate any data leak incident, conducting interrogation if required, case closure and reporting.
• Focus on automation and optimum use of the team to improve efficiency.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or in any related majors
• Minimum 8-10 years of IT Security experience in administration and management of IT Security technologies primarily Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Venafi Renewals, Microsoft BitLocker Administration, and management (MBAM), File and Folder encryption, Vulnerability Management, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Email Security, and other endpoint & data security solutions.
• Experience in defining, implementing, and enforcing enterprise-level IT security policies for endpoint and data security solutions.
• High proficiency in encryption tools and methodologies
• Must have experience working in similar Production setup in Run mode (Operations)
• Must have working experience in managing endpoint security solution for a large enterprise level environment.
• Excellent understanding of ITIL processes and comfortable working in process oriented environment
• Good to have Scripting knowledge in Python, Regular Expression, PowerShell etc.
• Professional certifications in Enterprise Security / MCSE / CISSP or equivalent
