Job Responsibilities:

• Provide operation and maintenance services in the cloud testing room for various devices including Android phones, iOS phones, Windows computers, Mac computers, Linux computers, etc.
• Responsible for security risk & vulnerabilities evaluation, tracking the repair and verification process.
• Handle issues based on tickets, such as device/Wi-Fi disconnection, wire insertion and unplugging, restarting mobile devices, checking AP status, etc.
• Participate in security testing and incident response.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline with 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in handling devices inlcuding phones and computers.
• Familiar with common Web security vulnerabilities and principles.
• Proficient in security testing tools such as Burp Suite, Wireshark, Nmap and SQLmap.
• Experience in vendor management and procurement of mobile/desktop/laptop devices.
• Good communication skills and teamwork skills.
