Your position is directly under the authority and the supervision of the Finance and Admin
Director of the company. You will also report operationally to the International Subsidiaries Support Manager, based in HQ. This responsibility shall be exercised through the following main responsibilities and missions (but are not limited to):

Corporate Services (Level 1)

  • Handle workstation management through Masterisation, preparation, remote access
    token, hardware issues and patching.
  • Manage the corporate applications such as HCL, SAP B1, Citadel, Postfiles, TIXEO, Part
    Portail, video conferencing, secure IP Phone and LAN systems.
  • Establish VPN connections for satellite sites and enforce Group IT security directives
  • Conduct IT induction training for new joiners such as user charter and periodic
    trainings for user support
  • Implement and verify IT measures for securing classified documents, industrial and
    commercial information
  • Provide IT support for expatriates and visitors' laptop and secure smartphones.

    Local Services (Level 1, 2 and 3)
  • Conduct system tests, monitor performance, and resolve issues.
  • Develop and monitor service-level objectives and improve user satisfaction.
  • Install and test software and hardware for users
  • Conduct studies for new solutions and ensure system integration.
  • Prepare reports on incidents, classify and escalate issues, and provide post-incident
    support.
  • Participate in budget preparation and manage support expenses like mobile plans,
    copier machines, and internet services.

    Requirements:
  • Professional Certification or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in IT operations
  • Proficient in managing and troubleshooting servers, PCs, printers, and other IT infrastructure equipment
  • Knowledge of Fortinet, inventory management, remote desktop, and Windows server maintainence and troubleshooting
  • Experience in HCL lotus note a plus
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to changing technologies and environments
