Job Description:
- Provide support either remotely (e.g., Service Desk, User Administration, User Requests) or locally (Time Critical Support, Desk Side Support)
- Work to ensure relevant KPI/PI's goals for the team working with are met for the service or assignment
- Work with preventive maintenance and Pre-Check
- Escalate cases to other support functions when necessary
- Perform incident resolutions and request fulfilments
- Support 2nd and 3rd line teams with problem identification and resolution
- Assist Infrastructure and application operation Specialist when required
- Attend training across most common Group IT and solutions
- Drive methods to improve team efficiency and delivery quality in terms of preventive maintenance and pre-check
- Participate in development of new operation techniques and contribute to designing solutions in support
- Collect measurement data (resolution time, work effort and others) as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- NITEC/ITE/ Diploma in Computer related field
- At least 1 year related work experience
Work location: Joo Koon (Transport will be provided at some designated pick up point)
