We are looking for a motivated and dynamic IT Support & Infrastructure Engineer to join our client's global IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing multi-level user support and managing IT systems across global offices worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Provide L1, L2, and L3 user support and collaborate daily with IT teams in globally.
- Manage and configure computers using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
- Administer Azure Active Directory, Office 365, and Microsoft Azure.
- Oversee datacenter operations, including virtual machines, databases, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Develop user and IT administration processes.
- Generate network and security reports using Microsoft 365.
- Lead and contribute to IT projects on Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Enhance and monitor IT security using Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and Log Analytics.
- Manage and support mobile devices, including phones and tablets.
