1. Implement ServiceNow ITSM features and modules as per requirements from the company.
2. Propose additional modules/features that will be required to meet requirements from ServiceNow users/departments
3. Provide bi-weekly updates to the Company on enhancements, issues and resolution matters.
4. Project tracking to ensure enhancement timelines are met.
5. Work closely with Functional Developers to handle any changes to project scope.
6. Provide administrative support on IT Service delivery and management related matters.
7. Support and maintenance of the IT Service Management tool.
8. Plan, test and deployment enhancement to the IT Service Management Tool as approved by the management.
9. Assist to collate data and information for Change Advisory Board Meeting.
