Responsibilities
Position (A) - Accounts Assistant
- Handle partial accounts-AP, AR, prepare month end and year end closing, monthly management report
- Maintain general ledgers and perform general clerical, accounting and bookkeeping support functions
- Record and transact all types of receipt & payment to customer and suppliers (trade/non-trade)
Position (B)
- General Administrative Duties
- Processing of Sales Orders
- Inventory Receiving and Updating
- Customer / Supplier Liaison pertaining to stock deliveries
- Coordinate with customers, sales personnel, overseas officers and operations teams
Requirements:
- Good working attitude and willing to learn / commit
- Min O Level
