Main Responsibilities
As a Data & Analytics Software Engineer, you are responsible for the development of the solutions delivered by teams. As junior subject matter of data analytics, you contribute to evolution of service offer, improvement of capabilities of the team and promote adoption of transverse data analytics solutions.
Scope of Work

  • Involve in project ideation / initiation phase and contribute to do preliminary business study
  • Analyze, assess, and clarify functional specifications
  • Write specifications and ensure, validation and adherence to project's stakeholders needs
  • Follow up the implementation of the solution with data scientists and AI/ML engineers and provide clarifications when necessary


Business Data Analysis and Validation

  • Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that are relevant
  • Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
  • Participate in functional analysis and keep the documentation up to date with respect to any new changes.


Collating Business Requirements, Analysis and Testing

  • Gather business requirements and clarify needs if required.
  • Prepare specification documentations and validate with business as per project requirements.
  • Implement and test components from functional specifications.
  • Conduct integration testing before handing over product for UAT.
  • Provide functional support during UAT activities.
  • Elaborate or review user's documentations (user guides, release notes etc.)


Requirement:

  • Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Relevant experience in Information Management in financial services industry (or certifications and comparable experience)
  • Must have knowledge/experience in programming languages (SQL, Python etc)
  • Exceptional analytical abilities, critical thinking, and problem-solving aptitude, intellectual curiosity, and interest in finding new ways to do things
