• NITEC/ITE / Diploma with related field
• With at least 1-year relevant experience

Job Description:

• Provide support either remotely (e.g., Service Desk, User Administration, User Requests) or locally (Time Critical Support, Desk Side Support)
• Work to ensure relevant KPI/PI's goals for the team working with are met for the service or assignment
• Work with preventive maintenance and Pre-Check
• Escalate cases to other support functions when necessary
• Perform incident resolutions and request fulfilments
• Support 2nd and 3rd line teams with problem identification and resolution
• Assist Infrastructure and application operation Specialist when required
• Attend training across most common Group IT and solutions
• Drive methods to improve team efficiency and delivery quality in terms of preventive maintenance and pre-check
• Participate in development of new operation techniques and contribute to designing solutions in support
• Collect measurement data (resolution time, work effort and others) as assigned by management
