Responsibilities

• To prepare legal documents in compliances with local laws/ regulations within the region
• To assist in overseeing compliance programmes regionally through appropriate trainings
• To keep track and monitor compliance status of the region to management
• Research and keep constant updates on latest legal, laws, regulations news for the region
• Liaising and negotiating with local governments and lawyers on legal requirements and
• issues

Requirements

• Min 2 years of relevant experiences with LLB qualifications
• Willing to travel within region regularly
• Excellent knowledge on Singapore Business Law and Common Law

Location

• 5 days week -Monday to Friday
• CBD
