- Supporting end-to-end Project Management Office (PMO) functions, including billings, procurement, resource planning, client deliverables management, and project status reporting.
- Collaborating with project teams to prepare project status reports and ensuring timely submission.
- Participating in client meetings to provide project status updates and document action points.
- Coordinating with project teams to ensure delivery timelines are met and project-related deliverables are completed without delays.
- Providing support in resource planning, tracking open resourcing demands, and assisting in resource onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assisting in the management of assets and addressing any administrative requests within the account.
- Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or PMO support.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
