Responsibilities:
- Prepare and draft invoices
- Follow up on cargo related documentation
- Process incoming invoices and monitor payment status
- Letter of Credit related documentation
- Assist with spreadsheet updates
- Input or update information into trading system
- Filing/ Document Management
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by your manager
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field
- At least 1-2 years experience working in trading environment a plus
- Adept at using systems
- Basic Letter of Credit knowledge a plus
- Experience in prioritization and time management skills with ability to work under pressure in dynamic environment
- Proficient software applications knowledge/ usage (Microsoft office)
- Team player, flexible, pro-active and able to take initiative to complete tasks
