Primary Job Responsibilities
- Provide Technical support for Windows servers and network to ensure maximum uptime.
- Manage Cloud infrastructure and services such as Office 365, Veeam, SpamTitam, Cloudflare etc.
- Administer security products such as firewall, spam filter, phishing test tool etc.
- Design and maintain Sharepoint Intranet.
- Provide desktop support and standby duty.
Required Skills
- Experience in Windows 2012 and abv administration, patching, backup and restore, including Hyper-V
- Experience in network administration such as VLAN setup, switching, routing, DBS etc.
- Experience in Cloud technologies and cybersecurity concepts.
- Experience in desktop hardware and software diagnostic, configuration and support.
- Diploma/Degree in IT with at least 3 years experiences.
