Job Responsible:

• Assist Engineers on Process Integration, Defectivity, and Wafer Acceptance Test related activities
• Carry out reticle printdown inspection for KLA2139 and generate Defect Notice for repeated defects
• Compile reticle summary report and combined it
• Review and classify OOC wafers's defects on SEMVision/eV300
• Perform YE OOC/OOS lot check and disposition, prepare the reports after each shift
• Generate Low Yield Notice for OOC/OOS lots

Jobs Requirements:

• Prior working experience in similar role/industry
• Willing to perform shift works
• Ability to multitask and handle stress
