Key Responsibilities:

• Write, prepare, and execute test cases, and create necessary test data.
• Leverage in-house GenAI tools to enrich and streamline test case creation.
• Ensure timely execution and reporting of test results.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate software functionality against specifications.
• Identify, report, and track software defects and issues.
• Perform functional, performance, security, and regression testing of software products.
• Work closely with the Testing Centre of Excellence (COE) to enhance and standardize testing practices.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and methodologies.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve software development processes across teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a similar role.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Proficiency in testing tools like JIRA, Selenium, and Appium, and familiarity with other testing frameworks.
• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) or CSTE (Certified Software Tester).
