Responsibilities:

• To be a subject matter expert in assisting clients in answering any static data related inquiries or queries related to their accounts
• Reviews and validated the quality of the due diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) information on the bank's customers, in line with policies at on boarding and periodic reviews
• Deliver timely and high-quality onboarding and transition experience to client
• Support Relationship Managers and Clients on opening and maintaining of client relationships and account structures in the various systems
• Interact with various internal teams to ensure the best experience for our clients

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with onboarding/collateral management
• Proven track record of working closely with key business users both client-facing and back-office.
• Able to work under tight deadlines; will commit to delivery on time
• Able to work as part of a team and independently under minimal supervision
• Ability to work professionally with all levels of staff and management
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Internet Explorer
