• Perform non-routine tests for sample investigation, customer complaint and samples for customer trial
• Carry out product stability tests
• Conduct incoming material conformity check, review CoA and product testing.
• Perform internal instrument calibration/PM and coordinate external calibration/PM activities
• Instrument setup
• Troubleshooting and enhancement
• Establish and maintain Lab Quality Management System, ISO9001, ISO14001, and IATF16949 compliant.
• Coordinate MSA and FMEA studies and maintain/update control plans and SPC charts
• Coordinate reference materials including of receiving, storage and routine testing
• Work with R&D London and Antwerp site to ensure lab testing result is equivalent to other sites
• Establish and maintain the required lab SOPs and records
• Inventory Management for Chemicals and Consumables
• Liaise with Supplier/Vendor of laboratory consumables and raising purchase request in SAP
• Receiving chemicals and consumables
• Infrastructure enhancement, including Safety & Environmental improvement projects
• Perform and document routine laboratory safety system functionality testing
• Monitor laboratory environmental condition and take action if out of specification
• Maintain housekeeping to Company standards
