Job Description
- Taking attendance of all associates and to report to the Engagement Manager on scheduled work days & Keep track attandance system
- Lead and manage the team of associates under his/her charge
- Manage as well as handle laundry and dry-cleaning processes
- Process/tag laundry items
- Operate machinery safely and effectively for production processing to customer specification
- Ensure quality checks are performed on a timely basis by the team of associates under his/her charge
- Keep track of each associate's performance based on the stipulated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at the assigned sections
- Motivate and reinforce the team of associates under his/her charge to achieve the stipulated KPIs for each section
- Ensure that daily housekeeping is carried out by the team at the assigned sections
- Any other assigned duties by the Engagement Manager
