The Lead Full Stack Developer will play a critical role in guiding the development of an ERP system specifically designed to enhance operational efficiencies within the automotive sector. Core Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
? Lead a development team, setting goals and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
? Promote continuous learning, ensuring the team meets strategic and operational goals

Technical Leadership:
? Design and develop scalable, customisable ERP solutions, focusing on automotive industry needs
? Ensure high standards of code quality through best practices in coding and technical documentation
? Stay updated with emerging trends and integrate new technologies to enhance system capabilities
ERP Development:
? Develop and scale the in-house ERP system, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with business operations
? Work closely with operational staff to adapt the ERP to current workflows, enhancing overall efficiency
? Oversee system performance, ensuring robustness and security
Quality Assurance:
? Implement and oversee testing and automated processes to ensure system reliability
? Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and foster continuous integration and deployment
? Collaborate with design and product teams to refine Web UI and ensure coherent implementation and deployment strategies
Communication and Collaboration:
? Effectively communicate with all stakeholders, ensuring clarity on project status and developments
? Engage with cross-functional teams to align the ERP system with broader business objectives
? Provide technical support and guidance during testing, quality assurance, and deployment phases
Job Requirements:
? Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
? Proficiency in full-stack development technologies, including but not limited to:
o Frontend: JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js
o Backend: Node.js, Python, Java, Dot Net
o Databases: SQL, NoSQL
? Experience building and scaling ERP systems or similar enterprise applications
? understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
? Proficiency in object-oriented programming, API development, OAuth, and version control tools like Git/SVN
? Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
? Experience working in an agile development environment
? Willingness to travel and engage directly with operational teams
