Key responsibilities
- In charge of the entire data process from project scoping and management, data integration, data exploration and analysis to data visualisation.
- Able to analyst and transform large amount of data into information
- Able to use the derived information to assist in making key decisions
- Using data collection and feedback mechanisms to generate data-driven and insights into learning and development in organization
- To build and execute learning analytics structure in organizations
- To work with various stakeholders and drive new initiatives
- To make work process recommendation and improvement which is consistent to organization's vision
Requirements
- Singaporean only with 3 years of experiences
- Able to work in a fast pace environment and work independently
- Enjoys working with large amount of data
Location
- Central/West
- 5 days week
