Responsibilities

• To assist to deliver leaderships, trainings and development programmes to public service officers
• To be part of the programmes team and understand the needs of Leaders in Public Sectors
• Able to work with partners and key stakeholders within public sector
• Must be innovative and assist to shape curriculum and training programmes for participants
• Able to create meaningful discussions and involvement of participants
• Able to assess and evaluate effectiveness of courses and programmes and provide suggestions and work process improvement

Requirements

• A keen interest and sound knowledge of governance and policy issues is essential.
• Public sector experience in a strategy or policy role would be an advantage.
• Able to work both independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Location

• Central
• 5 days week -Office hours
