Job Description
- Manage marketing campaigns.
- Maintain relationships with partners, evaluate campaign results, and oversee leasing of advertising and event spaces.
- Support tenant relationships, gather business insights, and communicate issues to relevant teams.
- Organize real estate events, manage logistics, and collaborate with stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Maintain updated leasing collaterals.
- Check and update subtenancy listings for accuracy.
- Establish SOPs, manage admin tasks, and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Ensure completeness of lease documents and follow up on payments and administrative matters.
Requirement
- Diploma in Marketing or any related studies
- Minimum 1 year experience in lease management/marketing capacity
- Candidate with a vested interested to pursue a career in marketing may apply
- Proficient with Adobe suite
