Job Duties:

• Implementing the leasing plans and strategies
• Negotiating term & condition of leases and renewals
• Preparing & examining tenants' execution and control acceptance of lease to create accurate lease documents and monitoring of lease renewals and expiries
• Prepare various reports to monitor performance of properties and build up competitive rental rates
• Constantly update of commercial real estate market trends and best practices
• Building up rapport with clients and prospects
• Propose strategies to boost up asset performance

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in any field
• 6 to 9 years working experience in leasing of commercial properties
• Driven individual
• Leadership
