• Salary up to $8500
• Bonus - 3 to 4 months
• Semi-government agency in the west

Responsibilities

• To provide legal support to business teams as they engage companies in industries in relation to Singapore's economic development
• Provide real estate , infrastructure , property management solutions
• Attend to legal needs of corporate services, development and engineering services groups
• Required to advise and work on real estate , construction , facilities management contracts and other commercial agreements
• Working with both internal and external stakeholders and providing legal support

Requirements

• Law degree , and admitted to Singapore bar or equivalent
• 4 to 7 years Post qualified experiences
• Background in corporate real estate , constructions, facilities ,management will be ideal
• Interest in economic and business challenges facing Singapore

Location

• Jurong east
• 5 days week
