Responsibilities

• Legal advisory for the business and operational units in Singapore entity and its subsidies, including contract drafting to support different business models (e.g. channel partner, B2B, collaboration models etc), contract review and negotiations.
• Legal advisory on intellectual property issues relating to marketing, corporate communications and use of social media.
• Support legal support to business teams as they engage companies
• Providing clients with real estate, infrastructure and property management solutions
• Advising and work on real estate, construction , general commercial matters

Requirements:

• LLB , and admitted to Singapore Bar
• Experiences and interest in real estate . property industry
• Experiences in dispute resolution
