Line Leader (12 hours Shift, company bus at JE, 1.5K - 2K+ incentive + OT payable)

Job Scope:


  • Supervise daily production activities across different levels, ensuring adherence to schedules, stenciling, and quality checks.

  • Monitor machine operations, troubleshoot basic issues, and support start-up/shut-down procedures weekly.

  • Ensure correct usage and condition of raw materials, packaging, and final product quality (colour, texture, odour).

  • Maintain cleanliness, GMP, hygiene, and safety standards in production areas.

  • Coordinate with QC/supervisors and report production abnormalities or downtime.


Requirements:


  • Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

  • Able to handle machine troubleshooting and basic maintenance support.

  • Attention to detail and ability to lead operators on the floor.

  • Good communication skills and ability to escalate issues to supervisors.
