Key Responsibilities

• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for related projects.
• Involve in disbursement, drawdown, renewal, and redemption of secured loan.
• Liaise with treasury department for funding and involved with disbursement via cashier's order or intrabank transfer.
• Manage the creation of records and system updates within bank's operating systems concerning secured loans.
• Perform daily operations on loan operation including but not limited to timely review and ensure completeness of legal and loan documents in relation to mortgage lending.
• Liaise with external parties including solicitor, valuer, and insurers in relation to secured loan.
• Involve in the bank redemption process.
• Involve in the processing of the bank's time deposit product handling.
• Assist with account management tasks such as freezing of account, earmark of funds and audit confirmation.
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution with 2 years of experience in loan operations.
• Familiar with secured and unsecured lending, collateral management.
• Self-motivated and proactive team player with sense of ownership.
• Good analytical skills to solve issues and attention to details.
