MAIN PURPOSE
Reporting to Logistics Manager, the incumbent's responsibilities are to manage operation and coach team members of order fulfilment and outbound shipment, to ensure delivering of both business and supply chain targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage order fulfilment team for skincare, cosmetics & fragrance brands
- Collaborate with demand planners to maximize sales and excellent fulfilment to customers
- Manage 3rd party logistics on orders fulfilment and for any exception handling
- Prepare reporting and presentation for order and shipment to management
- Primary point of contact for internal stakeholders to request for supply chain related matters
- Partner with functional managers and executives from marketing, sales and finance
- Manage sales closing and collaborate with finance to provide necessary supporting documents to auditors.
- Work with business process manager and 3rd party IT vendor to improve order fulfilment and outbound shipment process.
- Coach team members in their day to day activities and develop their capabilities
- Any other related tasks/projects
REQUIREMENTS
- A degree holder with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in people management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- FMCG / Retail industry / Travel retail experience
- Practical experience of ERP system (SAP)
- Ability to work in ambiguity and in a fast pace environment
