Job Scope:

• Governance of Material Master, Bill of Material and Purchase Info Record including of creation, modification and data consistency with global data
• Primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to material master inquiry
• Creation of Freight Orders for timely and accurate freight invoice settlement
• Monitor interfaces from external parties into SAP in terms of Freight invoices
• Prepare Operation KPI reporting for timely and accurate submission
• Work with team members to improve processes in master data governance
• Any other related tasks/projects

Requirements:

• A degree holder with minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
• High degree of comfort with data management
• Proficient in using Microsoft excel
• Hands on experience in SAP is good to have
• Ability to work independently
• Able to prioritize numerous tasks and work under pressure and within deadlines

• Salary - Up to S$4K + completion bonus
• Start Date: Immediate
• Contract Duration: 2-years contract
• Location: Frasers Tower, Nearest MRT: Tanjong Pagar MRT, Exit C
• Working Days and Hours: Mon to Fri
