Job Duties:
Develop, review, and implement construction quality initiatives, set and enforce quality standards, as well as conduct regular construction quality audits in projects.
Encouraging good industry practices on construction quality within the organization and with the project site supervision teams.
Analyze data and trends in our quality performance across projects.
Explore the adoption of technology at sites to aid in the construction quality management and conduct innovative collaborations with industry partners.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, and conversant with Authorities Compliance and prevailing code of practices.
3 to 5 years of relevant experiences in construction management or site supervision and able to relate construction situation and requirements to design / quality requirements.
Experience as an M&E coordinator or SO Rep in Public Sector Projects
