Job duties:

• Supervising whole project department for running project
• Coordinate with all related stakeholders to managing project activities and updating project progress & report
• Controlling budgets, project costs, and preparation & delivering project cost report to management
• Conducting project payment claims and ensuring profit from projects and healthy cash flow
• Checking & managing site works, preparing work schedules & monitoring project costing, and tracking project plan for timely completion
• Installing, progressing, and delivering appropriate quality checks when inspecting
• Evaluating risks, issues, and budget which may affect project progress
• Complying with safety standard and reviewing workers' performance & efficiency

Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years mechanical & electrical/piping project experience in construction industry
• Possess Diploma in any field or higher
• Willing to work 5.5 days
