Purpose of the Position
The incumbent is responsible for leading and championing global sourcing function in client's organization. HE/SHE needs to work together with the organization to ensure stable, secure and timely delivery of world-class quality components, parts and services with competitive prices to client.

Key Accountabilities
Leadership

• Lead and develop client's sourcing & supplier development function to a world class level
• Motivate, organize and encourage the team to ensure set targets are met
• Responsible for leading and directing both strategic and operative planning for supply chan
• Short term and long-term planning of supplier base & footprint to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, supply chain resilience and sufficient lead times
• Create, manage and achieve the overall sourcing budget targets
• Ensure company is in compliance with laws and regulations

Sourcing and Supplier Development
Others:

• Drive & participate in cross functional development projects

Requirements

• Master's level degree in relevant field, e.g. business or technology
• More than 10 years of experience in sourcing or other relevant area
• People leadership experience
• Understanding of commercial pressures and business drivers
• Experience in global/international business environment from large companies
• Travelling required 20% - 40%
