Manager / Assistant Manager in Policy formulation

• To evaluate current and new trends in Singapore's industrial and economic landscape
• To work with Key Stakeholders - internal and external for feedback, implementation and formulating of policies
• Able to communicate and also analyze findings and reports
• Co-creating solutions with frontline business o􀂨cers for complex cases
• Able to work across agencies to achieve desirable outcomes

Position B

Manager- Land Resource Management Policies

• To evaluate and develop policies to support / improve industrial restructuring
• Ensure research and data analytics are aligned with long -term land resource needs
• Evaluate requirements of different industries and cluster needs and ensure proposed land use is well-optimised
• Reduce holding costs, advising on the site constraints, timing of the purchase taking into consideration the fnancials involved and expediting the alienation process to meet the
• customers' timeline and business needs.
