Responsibility
- Develop policies to support industrial restructuring and achieve land productivity
- Develop proposals through detailed research and data analytics
- Land resource planning and management - To evaluate proposed reservation of land by considering requirement of various industries and cluster needs
- To evaluate and identify land parcels that meet the needs of clusters and ensure its availability at stipulated time
- Track land recycling plan to support redevelopment of land to optimise its use
- Conduct regular island-wide expiry review
- Identify sites for redevelopment
- Manage land planning and work with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate projects
Requirement
- Relevant policy formulation experiences
- Good communicator and able to work well with various stake holders
- Relevant qualification in real estate/economics, planning, geospatial analytics

- 5 days week
