Responsibilities

• To collaborate with the Holding Company and stakeholders to formulate strategic plans and lead the team in executing high-quality work to achieve performance targets.
• Able to oversee the iteration, upgrade, and expansion of the group's products to enhance the brand position and competitive advantage.
• Manage the operations , improve operational efficiency, coordinate market expansion and enrolment efforts, and promote continuous growth in student numbers.
• To be able to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness across all departments, optimizing processes and systems to meet business goals.
• To have strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with a focus on market sales, team management, and business operations capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business and management in the education and training sector is required.
• The ability to identify market opportunities, drive sales growth, and successfully manage teams to achieve organizational objectives is essential
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
