Job Descriptions

  • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s brand, vision and target audience

  • Responsible for graphic design for ATL/ BTL collaterals, offline and digital materials, and basic video/ animation; moving projects from the conceptual stage to production for completion and delivery. 

  • Finetune and finish artwork with maximum precision, paying rigorous attention toward details and final copy

  • Develop rich media and other forms of online content/ advertising

  • Design and drive strategic content marketing initiatives such as content planning, development and optimization across different online and social media channels, and digital touch-points.

  • Strategize online content production and schedule on all social media platforms, not limited to and including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

  • Copywriting and visual creation for online and social media content with the aim of increasing brand awareness, followers and engagement.

  • Continuous review and manage websites and all social media accounts

  • Track performance of all marketing campaigns including both online and offline platforms

  • Assist team with admin duties such as PO creation

Job Requirements

  • Min 3 years’ design experience, preferably in a design firm, advertising or in-house creative department

  • Diploma/ Degree in graphic design, visual communications or a related field

  • Able to apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identity and integrity

  • Excellent knowledge of preparing artwork for different medium and good knowledge in print production & color management skills

  • A highly developed eye for typography and layout, with a natural finesse for colours and composition, and meticulous

  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under the pressure of deadlines

  • Have a strong interest in social and cultural trends and emerging digital technologies 

  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

  • Mac & PC literate
