Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for analysing the issues and patterns for the Thai music market and providing insights to other teams.
• Handle day-to-day relevance judgement tasks with a focus on Thai music market.
• Collaborate with other teams to evaluate and analyse search algorithms, metadata accuracy, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support research initiatives that improve search and recommendations features for a music application, which involves analysing and writing information in Thai language to tailor the platform for Thai users.
• Review work performed by vendors and provide feedback on quality and accuracy.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Able to read and write in Thai (CU-TFL - Advanced) to analyse information in Thai and provide relevant search term suggestions.
• Knowledge of the Thai market is required to support Thai market.
• Ability to work successfully with teams on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Basic knowledge of Python is a plus but not required.
