Job Scope:

  • Research activities (collecting and organising data)
  • Maintain a library/database of news
    • News tracking of competitors, retailers, airports, market, and industry trend
    • Collect relevant analyst reports
    • Collect annual reports of competitors & retailers
  • Understand the existing data sources & its respective databases to assist in data extraction for data analysis as well as ad hoc data requests
  • Data analysis for business decisions & analysis of reports for key stakeholders, which includes the managing key reports like:
    • Monthly Air Traffic reports
    • Quarterly Domestic data reports
    • Yearly Travel Retail Market Analysis reports, etc
  • Assist in project management activities for Analysis Report Tools (Dashboards) and Marketing Modelling
  • Assist in the development of new reports & report automation
  • Assist in managing the internal databases to oversee the data accuracy & refinement of dashboards
  • Assist in Measurement & Evaluation projects for outpost events
  • Assist in ad hoc research/task



Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, or similar field
  • 1-2 years experience in relevant roles
  • Excelent analytical skills and statistical proficiency are essential
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Powerpoint)
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Self-starter - high energy levels, positive and enthusiastic



Additional Information:

  • Salary - Up to S$4.5K
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Contract Duration: 6-mont contract, possibly converting to permanent depending approval and performance
  • Location: Frasers Tower, Nearest MRT: Tanjong Pagar MRT, Exit C
  • Working Days and Hours: Mon to Fri
