Marketing and Communications Specialist (Part-Time)

Summary
The Marketing and Communications (MarComm) Specialist will collaborate with stakeholders within and external to the organisation to develop, distribute, maintain, and manage collateral that is brand compliant across Asia Pacific according to the specific needs identified. The MarComm Specialist is responsible for supporting events, working with vendors, managing translations, and all associated steps in the relevant approval processes. The MarComm Specialist will be the Asia Pacific key contact for Global and Regional MarComm related initiatives and will co-ordinate relevant stakeholders, working within the timelines required.

Job responsibilities:

• Manage agencies and vendors to work within brand standards and consistent with product labeling and messaging for collateral, booth designs and all external facing material.
• Interface with multiple departments and stakeholders within the division and ensure global communication and assets are aligned and approved within APAC region.
• Manage and assure timely, efficient and professional distribution of materials internally and externally as required.
• Oversee launch material provisions and requirements and align with launching countries for approvals and distribution.
• Manage collateral assets, overseeing renewals and updates prior to expiration ensuring all countries of responsibility are brand compliant.
• Supports Communication management.
• Lead approval process and event management for 3rd party and company led events.

Requirements:

Experience in brand management, digital marketing, event management and working with creative network agencies.

Additional Information:

• Contract duration: 12-month contract
• Commencement Date: Immediate
• Working days and hours: Mon to Friday (2-day to 2.5-day per week), 9am to 6pm
• Location: Bugis MRT
