Responsibilities:

• Develop short and long-term loyalty rewards program strategy to drive customer engagement, usage and spend.
• Responsible for driving marketing campaigns and post-campaign tracking.
• Onboard new and maintain existing relationships with rewards partners to ensure value to customers and relevance to market.
• Take ownership of the entire rewards catalogue and end-to-end customer journey from points earn to redemption.
• Track effectiveness and provide strategic insights and ideas to improve the program based on data analysis.
• Maintain day-to-day operations of the rewards program including set-up, contracts, reviews / approvals, creative executions, enquiries from customer service and payments.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business /Marketing/Mass Communication with minimum working experience of 1 year in any relevant field.
• Candidate with experience working for a loyalty rewards program will be good to have.
• Possess project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, campaigns and / or events simultaneously.
• Poised, proactive, extremely detail-oriented with a creative streak to bring fresh perspectives to the program.
• Assertive and driven individual with persistence and will to succeed.
• Adaptable, resourceful and can shift priorities quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Individual should also have a respect for deadlines without compensating on quality of work.
• Meticulous attention to details.
