Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, protect and develop the company's brands via suitable Public Relations activities.
  • Manages the on-going maintenance of company websites and e-catalogs for SEA, Japan and Australia. Develops high-impact web strategies based on the company's needs and sales objectives.
  • Responsible for maintaining the company's customer contact database, either directly or indirectly to ensure that it is clean, current, organized, accessible for direct mailings and direct e-mail.
  • Responsible for maintaining directly or indirectly the project reference and partner list.
  • Responsible to collect and submit success stories and articles to our corporate editor.
  • Creates newsletter campaigns for subscribers and reaches out to potential target groups.
  • Create & manage marketing collateral (brochures, catalogs, posts, presentations).
  • Build regional collateral with translated content.
  • Content writing for case studies, regional collateral.
  • Maintain all marketing lists and distribution for all Marketing activities, campaigns and press releases.
  • Manage and coordinate any outside agencies used in association with duties. Including advertising agencies, concepting groups, design/production houses, database management, etc.
  • Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
  • Responsible to ensure all content of communications, art and photography are uniform and consistent, which meet the company's branding strategies and guidelines.
  • Ensures total accuracy of materials including specific product information and proofing elements.
  • Responsible for creating and managing collateral materials for trade shows and other marketing events.
  • Leads the development of the annual marketing communications budget.
  • Monitors and tracks budget expenses, distributors marketing funds and provides quarterly reporting.
  • Manage Public Relations-Press Releases, story pitches and regional content for internal communications.
  • As Salesforce Key user, offer daily support to address user requests and troubleshoot queries. Manage rollouts of new features and plans as per HQ's initiatives. Conduct performance and data quality auditing and conduct new user and refresher trainings.
  • Digital Marketing / Social Media Initiatives: Lead generation & awareness ad campaigns on LinkedIn/Google AdWords, Twitter etc.
  • Interface with regions and HQ towards improving marketing capabilities.
  • Organize/support regional webinars.
  • Manage and organize trade shows and other marketing events.
  • Provide support to APAC marketing team.



Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 - 5years (Includes working experience in digital marketing and database marketing)
  • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
  • Demonstrate analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Familiar with Marketing Communications and Media Analysis
  • Digital savvy. Stays up to speed with developments on digital and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with paid platforms like Google Marketing Platforms, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
  • In-depth working knowledge of popular social media platforms
  • Hands-on exposure to a CRM like Salesforce.
  • Creativity, Multi-Tasking and must have hands-on experience
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines and KPI
  • Work performance initiative and responsibility
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Travel requirement (low)
