Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all company marketing communications and correspondence with stakeholders and recipients
  • Promote activities internally and help the Communications Business Partner with company communications functions
  • Compile articles for company annual newsletters and reports
  • Update and manage company internal communications pages
  • Execute and file project-related payments and documents according to company guidelines
  • Help identify and propose appropriate projects that are in line with goals and objectives of the company
  • Supervise company APAC Community Building budgets
  • Helps oversee local programmes, which may require some travel to other Asia offices for Community Building projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of marketing communications experience
  • Adept at handling invoices, PowerPoint presentations and presentation of meeting minutes.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, a team player and willing to travel
  • Ability to handle budget and a keen learner
